Healthcare Quality Assurance (QA) Associate Manager

UK based, home working/field based.

Overview

The Healthcare Quality Assurance (QA) Associate Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with the regulatory requirements of the applicable national regulatory authority and for ensuring uniform interpretation and implementation of the Healthcare Quality System across geographically distributed operations. The role manages communications with internal groups (e.g., Business Development, Operations, etc.), clients, and various federal and local agencies, and maintains procedures and documents to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. The QA Associate Manager minimizes risks associated with transporting healthcare products, manages internal, client, and agency audits, and ensures that the validation of facilities, systems, and supporting equipment are completed as applicable. This position also manages supervisors.

In addition to the general responsibilities of the QA Associate Manager, this position is part of a team responsible for managing the QMS integration of entities being introduced to the UPS HLD global network and managing enhancement project plans, execution, and reporting of progress to the Senior Leadership Team.
