**Purpose**Leads the Finance MO divisional capability and implements the global Matter Optimisation (MO) strategy and objectives, while also serving as the regional MO lead. Engages with clients, partners, and stakeholders to align MO services with practice demand, maximising their adoption, enhancing client offerings, and driving the MO Finance division toward achieving its business objectives.**Your key responsibilities*** Implements the MO strategy and objectives for the Finance division globally.* Acts as the Regional MO Lead, partnering with Division Practice Heads and Matter Resource Partners, while forming a Community of Practice within the region.* Aligns with other heads of function to identify joint opportunities and provide seamless advice to the Firm.* Adopts an entrepreneurial mindset to drive sales and business development of MO products and services both globally and within a specific region.* Works with the MO Centre of Excellence to drive adoption of Matter Optimisation services and best practices by matching practice demand with existing services to maximise utilisation and profitability.* Ensures high-quality service delivery and tracks performance against KPIs for both the division globally and within the region.* Ensures a joint approach and common understanding of goals and vision for the cross-delivery of capabilities.* Interfaces with partners to optimise the service offering for clients based on sold matters and previous best practice experiences within the division.* Identifies optimisation opportunities within the division globally and regionally and works with the CoE to secure buy-in and support from key stakeholders to deliver these opportunities.* Leads and develops high-performing team(s), driving talent development and fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.**Your experience*** 10+ years’ experience leading global Matter Optimisation (MO) strategy in a global professional services firm, preferably in the legal sector.* Track record of identifying opportunities to optimise the service offering for clients.* Experience in leading and developing high-functioning teams and gaining support from key stakeholders to deliver MO business development opportunities.**Qualifications**TBC**Additional Skills**NA**The Team**You will be welcomed into the Business Management team as a valued and integral member of the group.
