Overview

You will lead marketing for a fast-scaling creative performance agency with three media brands under your control: Ad Professor (viral concepts), Multiply (industry authority), and Brilliant Ads (largest ad media community in the world).

You’ll have full ownership, creative freedom, and the expectation to make noise. If you’re the kind of marketer who wants to be seen, remembered, and credited for building something iconic this is your platform.

Your Mission

  • Build a marketing engine that consistently brings in leads and pipeline.
  • Define and execute strategies across all three channels not just content, but positioning, cadence, and distribution.
  • Create momentum, our marketing should be fast, loud, and impossible to ignore.
  • Make Multiply’s presence reflective of an industry leader. Right now, it isn’t. You will change that.
What You’ll Own
  1. Ad Professor (Creative Authority & Virality)
    • Work directly with our Ad Professor lead to develop bold, reactive ad concepts.
    • Hijack trends, tap into pop culture, and move fast
    • Output should spark conversation and attract enterprise-level brands.
  2. Multiply (Creative Performance Agency)
    • Make Multiply the recognised leader in creative performance marketing.
    • Publish case studies, thought leadership, awards, commentary on algorithm shifts and platform trends.
    • Build partnerships with Meta, TikTok, Motion, etc.
  3. Brilliant Ads (Global Ad Community)
    • Grow Brilliant Ads into the #1 ad media channel followed by in-house marketers, CD’s and media buyers.
    • Scale the newsletter, engagement, and following across platforms.
    • Treat it like a media company, not as a promo channel.
