Our Digital Operations team plays a crucial role in the heart of Bookouture, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a meaningful impact. From maintaining critical systems to spearheading strategic initiatives, our team is committed to driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional results.
You’ll be managing a team of two, handling the operational tasks that keep our digital systems running smoothly – managing content delivery, maintaining data quality, and resolving day-to‑day issues.

The role will be based at our London office, with a blend of in‑office (3 days) and homeworking (2 days) per week.
