Qualifications

  • PA1 and PA6 licenses are preferred.
  • Must have a can-do attitude; safety-conscious.
  • Physically fit to work outdoors in all conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain local grounds for the Clarion Housing contract.
  • Use a ride-on mower and perform pruning, weeding, etc.
  • Conduct litter picking and sweeping.

Grounds Maintenance Operative (8m FTC)

Location: Norwich

Hourly Rate: £12.21 p/h

Contract Type: 8 months fixed-term contract – February-October.

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00 – 16:30

About the role

We currently require Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join our team in Norwich. You will keep several local grounds in a wonderful condition for our Clarion Housing contract. You may be also expected to use a ride on mower, pedestrian mower, and do strimming, pruning, weeding, shrub and border maintenance, litter picking, sweeping and any other related horticultural duties.

Requirements
  • Previous Grounds Maintenance experience is required.
  • A fully valid UK manual driving licence is essential.
  • PA1 and PA6 licenses are preferred.
