Qualifications & Skills

• Have completed an undergraduate or master’s degree (e.g., Geomatics, Survey & Mapping) by summer 2026.
• RICS‑accredited degree and/or master’s degree in a relevant subject.
• Ability to critically evaluate data and draw conclusions.
• Ability to work effectively within a team but also independently.
• Organisation & Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Eager to take ownership, ask questions, and seek out opportunities to grow.
• Experience of GIS software and databases and/or CAD software.
• Experience in task automation and programming – FME, SQL, Python.
