Job description

We're Ambitious!

That's why we're keen to hear from determined and motivated people like you, to help us achieve our business goals.

Due to continued business growth and expansion, we're delighted to offer a brand new opportunity for a Graduate Bid Coordinator to join our successful and supportive work‑winning team. This is a fantastic chance to launch your career in bid management, gaining hands‑on experience while learning from an experienced and supportive team.

Location: Harefield

Our Bid Management Team plays a vital role in producing high‑quality bids and proposals, and you'll be at the heart of that process. Working closely with our Bid Manager, Bid Writers, Knowledge Co‑ordinator and Marketing Team, you'll help to bring together information, people and ideas, to create compelling submissions for pre‑qualification questionnaires (PQQs) and tenders.

Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and coordinating information required to complete bids.
  • Keeping the status of current bids updated to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Supporting the Knowledge Co‑ordinator in maintaining the Bid Library with up‑to‑date information such as accreditations, awards, health & safety details and staffing data.
  • Assisting with the completion of Approved Supplier List requests.
  • Helping to maintain business accreditations in collaboration with other departments.
Qualifications

You are a graduate who is eager to build a career in bid management, we're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive and able to keep a cool head when managing multiple timelines and competing demands. You'll need to be inquisitive, analytical and self‑motivated, with strong organisational skills and an eye for detail. Being confident with Microsoft Office packages is essential, and you should be comfortable working with data and documents in a fast‑paced environment. A background or interest in civil engineering or construction would be favourable, though not essential, as many of our bids relate to civils projects. What matters most is your drive to learn, contribute and grow within the role.
