Jellycat is seeking an experienced Global Go-to-Market Manager, responsible for leading the global planning, development, and execution of Jellycat’s seasonal collections and exclusive launches. Working across product categories and regional markets, this role ensures that seasonal ranges, retail exclusives, and special collaborations are successfully positioned, launched, and commercialised. Acting as the bridge between product development, category management, regional marketing teams, and sales, the role ensures that every collection delivers on brand, customer, and commercial objectives while following Jellycat’s global gate-stage process.

You'll be;

  • Leading the global planning and execution of seasonal collections (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Christmas) and exclusive product launches (e.g., retail partnerships, location-based experiences, collaborations).
  • Acting as project lead for seasonal and exclusive launches, coordinating input from Category Managers, Design, Marketing and Sales.
  • Owning the global go-to-market toolkit for seasonal and exclusive launches, including positioning, messaging, creative assets, and launch playbooks.
  • Working with regional commercial teams to support the development and execution of local market exclusives, ensuring alignment with the global gate-stage process.
  • Managing timelines, approvals, and deliverables through the gate-stage NPD framework, ensuring launches are delivered on time, to budget, and with commercial rigour.
  • Working closely commercial teams to ensure exclusives meet commercial needs, strengthen relationships, and deliver unique brand experiences.
  • Monitoring and analyse performance of seasonal and exclusive launches, reporting learnings and insights back into future planning.
  • Ensuring all activities reinforce Jellycat’s brand values and contribute to long-term category health and portfolio strategy.

You'll have;

  • 5+ years of proven experience in go to market managementwithin luxury consumer goods.
  • Experience working with luxury brands, specifically those sold in high-end retail environments. A deep understanding of the expectations and demands of luxury consumers and retailers is essential.
  • Familiarity with stage-gate or structured NPD frameworks.
  • A track record of working with retail partners on exclusive collaborations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to align global and regional teams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple launches at pace.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate with global, cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Design, Operations) to drive product success.
  • Experience working in global markets, understanding diverse consumer behaviours and preferences across regions.
