Qualifications

  • Substantial experience in HR areas within complex organizations.
  • Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS); Workday experience is highly desirable.
  • Solid knowledge of local labor laws and ability to learn international regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the employee journey from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Provide operational HR support and ensure adherence to policies.
  • Use HRIS for managing data records and providing reports.
  • Support global people programs implementation.
  • Assist in recruitment and contribute to global learning.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with laws and standards.
