Job summary

A prominent logistics company is seeking a Garage Manager to ensure safe, legal, and profitable operations at their workshop. This role involves managing a team, maintaining compliance, and delivering high-quality service. Ideal candidates will have workshop management experience, strong knowledge of HGV operations, a Level 3 NVQ in Automotive Service, and the ability to motivate a team. Qualifications

  • Experience of workshop management and delivering clear instructions.
  • Understanding of Operator Licence requirements and transport legislation.
  • Experience managing finance with a sound understanding of P&L levers.
  • Experience managing Health & Safety in an operational environment.
  • Ability to motivate and coach a team to meet productivity targets.
  • Technical qualifications preferred and full UK Driving Licence required.
