The role offers 30+ guaranteed hours per week, delivering a wide range of sessions including Mini Red, junior and adult groups, and performance-level coaching. You will also have the opportunity to build a strong individual lesson base alongside group work.

As our club enters an exciting phase of expansion, there are additional opportunities for the right candidate to coach Pickleball and Padel, helping shape our evolving racket‑sport programme.

Bromley Sports Club offers a superb range of facilities, including 4 grass courts, 2 indoor acrylic courts in an airhall, 2 clay courts, and 2 tarmac courts. Our coaching programme welcomes over 400 players each week, from ages 3 to 85, with a thriving performance pathway and many juniors and adults representing the county across multiple age groups.

Padel: We currently have 3 outdoor courts, supported by 500 members and over 4,000 pay‑and‑play users, with exciting plans to expand in the near future.

Pickleball: The club features 2 purpose‑built outdoor courts, along with additional indoor courts marked inside the airhall for scheduled sessions.

We also have a thriving bar area, offering a welcoming social hub for members and showing Sky Sports and BT Sport throughout the week.

We are seeking a coach who is passionate about racket sports, eager to learn, and excited to be part of a supportive team. You should have a strong playing standard and feel confident delivering both group and individual sessions. A minimum Level 2 qualification is required.
