Qualifications

• Experience working in a Food & Beverage environment.
• Proven track record in managing F&B operations in a hotel.
• Ability to manage guest relations effectively.

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Food and Beverage Operations Duty Manager to ensure the smooth running of all Food & Beverage outlets, The Rise, Legacy, 1906 Bar and Conference & Events during assigned shifts. The role supports operational excellence, guest satisfaction, staff coordination, and compliance with 5-star service standards.

As a Food and Beverage Operations Duty Manager, your role will include:

• Oversee day-to-day F&B operations across all outlets during duty shifts.
• Ensure service areas are fully prepared and set to brand and luxury standards.
• Coordinate with outlet managers and kitchen teams to maintain service flow and efficiency.

• Serve as first point of escalation for guest issues and service recovery.
• Manage VIP and special guest requirements.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, personalised service.

• Supervise and support F&B staff across all outlets.
• Assist with briefings, training, coaching, and on-shift performance management.
• Promote teamwork and uphold hotel values.

• Support achievement of revenue targets and upselling initiatives.
• Oversee cash handling, billing procedures, and daily reporting.
• Monitor stock levels, waste, and compliance with cost controls.

• Assist in setup, execution, and breakdown of conferences, events, and banqueting.
• Liaise with events operations to ensure smooth delivery.

• Ensure adherence to food safety (HACCP), health & safety, and licensing regulations.
• Report maintenance issues and enforce safe working practices.
