An organization is seeking a Bid Manager to join their team in the Social Housing sector. This role involves analyzing and presenting key data for contract bids, requiring travel across the UK. Ideal candidates will have experience within the sector, strong organizational skills, and an ability to handle multiple tenders under tight deadlines.
Location: This role will require travel across the UK, with a visit required to our office in Byfleet, Surrey (KT14) once a month (On average)

The role
Working as part of the Bid Team and reporting to the Chief Estimator, you will be responsible for gathering, processing and presenting key data for new contract bids in the Social Housing sector.
This role requires travel across the UK to visit sites. You will determine labour time, materials and associated costs for cleaning, grounds maintenance and other facilities management services.
It is essential to build effective working relationships with external customers to ensure service excellence is maintained.
