About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join the fleet management team.

The role is varied providing support to the wider business and our 5 internal workshops.

You’ll help to manage, support and maintain our various fleet databases, as well as carry out tasks such as invoicing, scheduling vehicles for maintenance and ordering fuel cards.

What you will be doing
  • Payment of invoices, raising of POs and Shopping Carts
  • Supporting ordering new vehicles and monitoring, reporting and billing of work as well as the disposal of assets
  • Supporting the wider team, including providing reports and supplementary information
  • Managing the hires of short term vehicles and leases
About you
  • Knowledge of Tranman or other fleet databases
  • Project management / time management
  • Experience with SAP Core
  • Working to deadlines
  • Strong ability to prioritise workload and react to requests
