Job summary

A prominent financial services firm in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a Financial Services Training Improvement Consultant to design and deliver training for their Financial Services division. This role involves supporting changes in processes and ensuring compliance, alongside conducting various training projects. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Financial Planning, strong experience in financial services, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

  • QCF Level 4 Qualified (Diploma in Financial Planning) is required.
  • Experience in FS/Advisory settings is essential.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training for Financial Services team.
  • Support changes to Life Sales processes and documentation.
  • Identify and report on issues and risks with mitigations.

Skills

Experience working in Financial Service functions
Technical understanding of financial services regulatory regimes
Business process improvements
Understanding of tax and Financial Planning solutions
Using Training software (ideally Articulate)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively
