Eaton’s Aerospace Group is currently seeking a Site Finance Lead within its Mission Systems Division (MSD) to work in Wimborne, UK and support our Wimborne (WIM) Operations, which includes both our Wimborne and Crewkerne Facilities.
This position is based in a fast‑paced plant environment that supports Eaton’s global business and operations that uses different applications for financial accounting and reporting. This position provides financial leadership to the manufacturing locations, serving as a business partner and as a change agent to drive plant continuous improvement actions and to achieve overall plant targets. This role connects finance processes with operations, providing guidance, drive actions, and financial insights to ensure operational strategies and decisions will lead to the expected results.
