Qualifications

• Experience providing IT support in a multi-site environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and networks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT tickets and calls promptly.
• Deliver remote and onsite support for Group offices.
• Build, configure, and install IT devices and showroom equipment.
• Support networking and infrastructure maintenance.
• Troubleshoot automotive diagnostic systems.

Skills

First- or second-line IT support experience

Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows systems

Familiarity with M365 and mobile platforms

Knowledge of networking principles
