Qualifications

  • Nursing qualification and registration (essential) – preferably with bowel and or bladder experience.
  • Computer literacy in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and all internal systems.
  • Able to present to various audiences and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and provide education on prescribed products.
  • Teach patients about intermittent catheterisation and transanal irrigation.
  • Inform the GP of clinical findings and management plans.

Skills

Nursing qualification and registration
Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to work under pressure
High level of accuracy and eye for detail
Presentation skills
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Experience in customer interaction via phone and email
