Job description

We are looking for a Field Care Supervisor to join our Fantastic Team in the All Care Thames Valley Branch.

Covering Thames Valley.

37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm plus the on‑call rota.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop a career in the care sector.

For this role you must be experienced within the care sector and hold or be happy to work towards NVQ level 2.

Drivers License with access to own vehicle essential.
Responsibilities
  • Signing up new clients and liaising with Social Services and/or family members.
  • Completing client reviews and ensuring our service is running smoothly.
  • Creating and maintaining person centered care plans.
  • Carry out risk assessments within the service user’s home.
  • Communicate with our care staff regarding our clients’ needs and any changes that occur.
  • Completing spot checks and face‑to‑face supervisions with our care staff and ensuring all concerns are reported to the Registered Manager.
  • Compliance sign‑off / medication competencies for new care staff.
