• Experience of being in a supportive and enabling role.
• Lived experience of Perinatal Mental Health challenges as a partner.
• Experience of working in a team or a public sector environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one to one wellbeing conversations with partners.
• Support partners to self-identify their needs and signpost resources.
• Develop excellent links with local support organizations.
