We champion the personal approach to customer service that NFU Mutual are famous for. **About the role:** As a Farm Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of customers, promoting and cross selling our suite of NFU Mutual products, including Financial Services & Risk Management Services and our range of Motor and Personal General Insurance products. **Responsibilities:** • Manage an existing portfolio of customers. • Promote and cross-sell NFU Mutual products, including Financial Services, Risk Management Services, and Motor & Personal General Insurance. • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with prospective farming customers. • Deliver tailored insurance solutions to meet customer needs. • Collaborate with sales support and claims teams to enhance customer service. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sustainable business growth. • Leverage training, support, and resources to develop expertise in agricultural insurance. • Apply or develop transferable skills relevant to the agricultural sector. **Requirements:** • Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills. • An interest in meeting new people and strong relationship building skills. • Negotiation skills with the ability to navigate difficult conversations and achieve positive outcomes. • A results-driven approach to work to meet targets and deliver results to tight deadlines. • Attention to detail and accurate record keeping. • A driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential. • Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) at Grade C or above. • An understanding of the Agricultural sector is strongly desired.## To apply or to arrange an initial confidential discussion about this roleContact David Harrison by email at SouthCotswoldsRecruitment\_@nfumutual.co.uk attaching your CV. **Closing date for applications: Monday 12th January 2026.** **Please note you will be employed by an Agent of NFU Mutual and not NFU Mutual directly.** **This role falls under the Insurance Distribution Directive.
