A leading leisure organization in Newquay is seeking enthusiastic Extreme Assistants to join their team. This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment with activities like trampoline and soft play. This leisure complex offers a trampoline park, soft play and cafe so we’re looking for Extreme Assistant's with a passion for these activities to work in this truly exciting environment.
Working closely with the Supervisors and Managers, you’ll ensure that the Park runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis by overseeing the operational processes such as reception, cafe, stock control, sales and promotions as well as achieving financial and sales targets. You’ll be able to relate to our customers and your energy and enthusiasm will ensure they have the most enjoyable time possible as well as staying safe. You'll be working with a team of like-minded people and encouraged to develop your ideas to help more people become active in non-traditional sports.
You’ll be motivated and ambitious - always looking for the next challenge. You’ll ideally have some customer-facing experience, but being an excellent communicator and driven in your work will also stand you in good stead. You will need to have good IT skills and be able to adhere to stringent health and safety requirements. As well as demonstrating your knowledge of Safeguarding, you’ll show a commitment to learn and develop within the team and in return, we'll help you to develop your career with us.
