Join a leading boutique executive search firm and help identify top‑tier talent across the Insurance sector. You will work alongside consultants who each generate over £1 million in annual revenue and receive direct mentorship from founding directors with 40 years of combined experience.

What the role entails

• Client engagement & building relationships:

• Become an expert in your market:
  • Perform market mapping to identify leading firms, target talent pools, and potential business opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive intelligence to inform search strategy and client recommendations.
• Headhunting:
  • Source, attract, and evaluate high‑calibre candidates through proactive search and assessment techniques.
