Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proven experience within a SaaS company in a customer-facing or product-related position.
  • Ability to communicate at business level in any of the following languages a huge plus: German, French or Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the value of Cvent's technology platform during product demonstrations.
  • Understand customer requirements and showcase how Cvent can solve their pain points.
  • Develop relationships and collaborate with Sales executives.
  • Contribute in the setup, strategy, and design of proof of concepts.
  • Provide customer feedback to Product Management.
  • Create and maintain collateral and sales resources.
  • Assist RFP writing team with technical responses.
  • Train Sales team on new product releases.
  • Travel with Sales executive for onsite demos.
  • Develop solid understanding of Cvent solutions.
