Estate Technician – Voids Clearing and cleaning
Swindon
£25,459 - £26,799 per year
40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 16:30pm
We are looking for an Estate Technician to join our Estate team, based in Swindon. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out clearing and deep cleaning of void properties including cleaning kitchens / bathrooms and the maintenance of the grounds/gardens as well as ad hoc work when and as required. The role will involve both working in a team and lone working. A van and tools will be provided to assist in this role. Development opportunities are available within the team for you to develop your skills and career.
