We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and experienced Estate Agent to join our busy and highly successful branch in Southwick, West Sussex as a Sales Negotiator. The successful applicant will be a great communicator and driven to succeed, with the ability to work as part of a team and on their own initiative. Utilising the latest technology, the role involves creating, arranging and attending viewings, applicant management and administration, negotiating offers and progressing sales to a successful completion.

Ideal Candidate
  • Have previous Estate Agency experience
  • Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement
  • Book valuations with all efforts in securing instructions for a good first impression
  • Provide honest, reliable & professional advice to potential Vendors & Buyers
  • Create media materials and release properties to the market
  • Register Applicants and attend viewings
  • Provide post viewing feedback to vendorsProgress sales through to a successful completion
  • Provide contributions for canvassing material & distribute
  • Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times
  • Be well spoken and presented
  • Have good organisational skills
  • Have excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Be IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • Have a full, clean driving licence
  • Have the legal right to work in the UK
