• Must hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in an Engineering field.
• Experience of supervising a team is essential.
• Ability to operate workshop equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the maintenance and servicing of the fleet.
• Induct and develop a high-performing engineering team.
• Ensure vehicle availability and support stock management.

Skills

Knowledge of safe operation of workshop equipment

Previous supervisory experience

Organised and IT literate

Full clean UK Driving License

Education

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in an Engineering field
