Job description

Location: South Wales / Bristol area

Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum (Further achievable with overtime)

Vacancy Type: Requirement to occasionally support out of hours/overtime on top of a scheduled week – as required (ROTA and planned works)

The Role

To support major clients in the commercial/leisure/corporate sectors on reactive and planned maintenance/quoted works.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bias towards plumbing/carpentry and/or roofing and considered multi‑skilled
• Full driving licence
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Own tools (desirable)
• PASMA/IPAF/CSCS (desirable)Knowledge of client‑based app/web systems (desirable)
