About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Subcontract Electrician to support planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and small installation works across domestic and light commercial properties in Glasgow and the surrounding area.

Location

• Glasgow based.

• Work will be carried out across Glasgow and nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance on electrical systems.

• Perform minor installations, repairs, and upgrades in domestic and light commercial settings.

• Diagnose and rectify electrical faults in line with regulations.

• Maintain accurate records of work completed.

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards.

Requirements

• 18th Edition (BS 7671) qualification essential.

• Proven experience in domestic and/or light commercial electrical work.

• Strong knowledge of current wiring regulations.

• Ability to work independently and to a high standard.

• Full UK driving licence and own tools/transport.

• ECS/JIB card desirable but not essential.
