Job description

Electrician – x2 positions

Position: Electrician (2 positions) at Laurie McClave artist.

Hours of Work

37 hours per week, working Monday – Thursday, 08:00‑16:00 and Friday 08:00‑15:30.

Location

Mobile Working, with travel across the East Midlands.

Salary

£36,600 per annum.

The Role

As an Electrician within our Internal Maintenance Service, you will be carrying out electrical repairs and maintenance functions to the highest standard for our residents across the East Midlands. Performing day‑to‑day maintenance in both occupied and unoccupied priorities, you are expected to be multi‑skilled to provide an efficient, customer‑focused service, focused on a right‑first‑time approach.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will hold a level 3 qualification in electrical installation, or a similar qualification, and have experience of day‑to‑day maintenance in residential properties. You will demonstrate commitment to excellent customer service. The ability to travel is essential, as you will visit customers' homes across the East Midlands.
