Job summary

A leading real estate services firm in London seeks an experienced electrical bias Shift Engineer. The role involves maintenance of critical infrastructure in corporate clients' buildings, ensuring compliance with maintenance standards and emergency responses. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Critical Environments.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver services within time constraints.
  • LV Authorised Person certification is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive works.
  • Respond to Building Management System alarms.
  • Ensure compliance with Permit to Work systems.
