• Proven track record of Continuing Professional Development in building and built environment.
• Knowledge of maintenance planning and organization (PPM, reactive, contract, etc).
• Experience of implementing quality controls, processes, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective and efficient maintenance and repair service.
• Support the Maintenance Manager in delivery of operational plans.
• Monitor and guide staff and external contractors.
