Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• Experience with basic plumbing, carpentry, and redecoration tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Respond to breakdowns in a timely manner.
• Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety legislation.
