A leading consultancy firm in the UK is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to drive marketing strategy and execution. You will lead the marketing team and collaborate with Sales to meet revenue targets while managing campaigns and digital presence. Ideal candidates should have over 5 years of B2B marketing experience, particularly in consulting or SaaS, and possess strong HubSpot knowledge. This role offers opportunities for leadership and creativity in a remote-first environment.
Location: UK, with occasional commute to the office/events
Department: Marketing
Employment Type: Permanent
Our goal is to help our clients keep moving forward. We work with them to build the skills and capabilities they need to stay ahead of the competition, and we know our success only happens when they succeed. We’re a team of curious, talented people, and we’re committed to making YLD a place where great people want to work, grow, and stay.
We’re a remote-first consultancy specialising in software engineering, product design, and data. Our teams are based across London, Lisbon, and Porto, and we create digital solutions that continue to deliver value long after our work is done.
YLD is investing in marketing as a key driver of growth, reputation, and talent attraction. As our Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping this function. This is not a “maintenance” role. You’ll be expected to bring structure, clarity, and strategy — while also rolling up your sleeves to deliver campaigns, content, and events. You’ll provide leadership and direction to our existing team, and act as the bridge between Marketing, Sales, and Client Services.
We live and breathe our values, and know you will too:
We’re an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity in all its forms. We do not discriminate based on race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, pregnancy or maternity, age, marital status, or disability. We also offer a remote-first working environment, with flexible working and work–life balance as standard for all employees.
