Job summary
A leading care provider is seeking a Care Assistant for their night team in Bexhill-on-Sea. In this rewarding role, you will provide companionship and personal care to clients, assist with medication, and support with mobility and meal preparation. This position requires 36 hours of work each week and offers a competitive pay rate of £12.25 per hour, along with comprehensive training and benefits. Ideal candidates have the right to work in the UK for over 12 months.

What is required from you?
- A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK
- Care Assistant to work 36 hours per week from 8am to 8pm to include alternative weekends
A day in the life of a Care Assistant
- Companionship - Providing support, companionship, communication and engagement
- Personal care -supporting with a wash bath or shower and supporting the client with dressing and oral care.
- Medication-Prompting, assisting or administering medications and creams.
- Meals – Supporting the client with healthy meals, snacks and beverages.
- Domestic tasks - light cleaning tasks.
- Mobility - Supporting the client to live as independently as possible with their mobility.
- Social activities- Trips out, social engagements and activities within the home.
