Qualifications

• Experience in project finance for complex projects.
• Good knowledge of Excel and ability to learn new IT applications quickly.
• Accountancy qualification is advantageous.
• Experience in the construction industry is desirable, but not essential.
• Management or leadership experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide project accounting support across Site Transformation and Digital Transformation programmes.
• Partner with project teams to review financial assumptions and forecasts.
• Implement and maintain financial controls aligned with company policies.
• Deliver analysis and reporting to drive business performance.
• Support project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure financial processes align with objectives.
• Line manage 1–2 team members.
