Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an accounts or finance support role.

Accounts Assistant – Harrogate Leasing

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm

Contract Type: Full-time

Harrogate Leasing is a growing, customer‑focused vehicle leasing company, and we’re looking for a motivated Accounts Assistant to join our friendly finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, detail‑driven, and eager to develop their career within a supportive business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Processing purchase invoices and sales invoices
  • Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
  • Assisting with credit control and customer account queries
  • Preparing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Supporting month‑end processes and reporting
  • General administrative duties to support the finance team
