You’ll be part of the Engineering Safety team, reporting into the Engineering Training & Safety Manager. The team sits at the heart of Engineering and Maintenance, owning the Safety Management System across CAMO, Part-145 and Part-21. It’s a highly collaborative group that works closely with operational teams and the wider airline to identify risks, investigate events and embed a strong, proactive safety culture.
As a Safety Engineer, you’ll get broad exposure across Engineering and Maintenance. You’ll have oversight of safety reports, manage risks centrally and play an active role in investigations that help keep our fleet and people safe. You’ll also travel occasionally to maintenance locations and work directly with key stakeholders across the business.
This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office. This is a 12‑month Fixed term contract.
