Qualifications

• Minimum NVQ Level 5 qualification, ideally HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Previous experience in a technical customer support environment.
• Clear Communication Skills written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers and global teams.
• Deliver trainings to customers and regional engineers.
• Commission new machines and conduct fault finding.
