Qualifications

• Proven experience in all aspects of painting, decorating, and wallpapering.
• Ability to consistently achieve a high-quality finish.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good record-keeping skills and ability to complete relevant paperwork accurately.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all painting and decorating work across the homes is completed to a high standard.
• Address snagging items promptly.
• Respond to requests from home teams regarding painting and decorating.
• Carry out minor repairs where required.
• Ensure all equipment and environments are safe.
