A leading financial services company in Greater London is seeking an Account Management & Customer Success professional who excels at driving change and ensuring customer satisfaction. In this role, you will provide technical support related to API and data feed solutions while collaborating with Sales and Product teams. Ideal candidates have over 3 years in sales or customer success roles, strong project management skills, and a proactive attitude. The position requires onsite presence 5 days a week.

PitchBook’s Sales Engineer provides support to our Sales and Customer Success teams as well as our clients related to our API and data feed solutions. Our Sales Engineer can easily navigate the technical aspects of our API and data feed products and effectively communicate how these products work to our clients or prospects. This role also provides ongoing technical support to clients related to our API and data feed products.
