Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge and experience in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Plumbing.
• Experience in developing a safe system of work.
• Skill in maintenance, fault finding, and diagnostic procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise estates trade staff and contractors as needed.
• Carry out inspections, tests, and repairs on Trust property.
• Organize and coordinate workload and manage assigned trade staff.
