A leading international law firm is seeking an Early Careers Recruitment Advisor in London. The Role: The Early Careers Recruitment Advisor supports the end-to-end attraction and selection of graduate and school leaver talent across our region.
The role delivers day-to-day recruitment and marketing activity, ensures a high-quality candidate experience, and supports continuous improvement of our processes, systems and ways of working. The Advisor works closely with the Senior Early Careers Advisor, HR Services Centre and the wider HR team.
Early Careers is central to Dentons’ talent strategy, helping to build the next generation of lawyers. The UKIME Early Careers team supports the London, Milton Keynes, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dublin and Middle East offices.
