The development team builds scalable, high-availability services, intuitive workflows, and compliant data pipelines that power critically important customer decisions worldwide.### Role SummaryAs a **Senior Engineering Manager**, you will lead multiple multi-functional engineering squads (backend, frontend, DevOps, QA) to deliver high-quality product increments at pace. You’ll own engineering strategy and execution for critical domains within the World‑Check One ecosystem, drive technical excellence, and grow high-performing, autonomous teams. You’ll partner closely with Product, Delivery, Architecture, Cyber-Security, and Service/SRE teams to achieve business outcomes, improve reliability, and ensure regulatory compliance.
