commercetools is seeking a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager to lead the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for the commercetools Platform (the foundation and technical backbone of all our offerings), as well as related add-on products (Payment Hub and AI Hub) and ecosystem enablers (Agent Gateway, integrations and connectors).
This role requires a strong hands-on understanding of modern AI platforms and architectures. You will work closely with Product and Engineering on AI-powered capabilities, including large language models (LLMs), agentic systems, model orchestration, and AI platform integrations. Success in this role depends on being AI-literate enough to understand how these systems work, not just how to market them.
You’ll help define and communicate the value of our connected commerce ecosystem, empowering customers, partners, and developers to innovate faster and smarter. You will be creative in explaining complex technical concepts to a breadth of personas with various technical aptitude levels, analytical in using available data and research to determine positioning and messaging that resonates, and communicative in leveraging internal knowledge bases to understand our product offering fully.
You’ll translate complex, technical concepts, from composable architecture to next-generation agentic commerce into compelling stories that inspire adoption and differentiation in the market. Working closely with Product, Engineering, and GTM leadership, you’ll shape how we bring innovation to life across our portfolio.
As our Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager, you’ll support the Product Marketing team by leading cohesive narratives and go-to-market strategies across the commercetools Platform, add-on capabilities, and ecosystem enablers, highlighting business and technical value for multiple audiences.
