Qualifications

• At least 3 years of occupational experience in site management.
• 5 Day SMSTS certification required.
• First Aid at Work certification is necessary.
• Possession of a CSCS Card is required.
• Environmental Waste Management for Managers is desirable.
• Manual Handling experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects to agreed timescales and budget requirements.
• Maintain exceptional quality standards on site.
• Plan and coordinate resources effectively.
• Ensure that Health & Safety on site is adhered to.
• Provide regular feedback to the Contracts Manager.
• Submit weekly timesheets to payroll as applicable.
