Qualifications

• Recognised Fitness Qualification Level 2 or above.
• Emergency first aid qualification.
• Experience of delivering gym inductions and reviews.
• Experience of designing and delivering group and one-to-one fitness training sessions.
• Knowledge of nutrition, human anatomy and fitness programmes.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients before training to understand their goals.
• Supervise and maintain facilities for safety.
• Design and deliver innovative exercise sessions.
• Deliver inductions and guidance for fitness equipment.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress toward goals.
