Care Assistant (Blaydon)

Location: Blaydon (NE21)

Salary: £13.30 per hour paid for the entirety of your shift, plus mileage paid at 30p per mile

Specific Hours: 7am to 3pm or 3pm to 10pm

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person‑centred care to older adults across the Blaydon area helping them regain independence in their own homes.

• Personal care
• Meal preparation and basic cooking
• Light household tasks

• Companionship and emotional support

No experience needed – full training provided!

What We Are Looking For

• Travel Requirements: This is a community‑based role, so a full UK driving licence, your own car are desirable, but not essential.
• Right to Work: You must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer sponsorship currently.
• Ability to work alternate weekends as a minimum.
