Ford and Slater are one the UK’s largest DAF Truck dealers group with 16 locations from Norwich to Birtley in the North East, employing over 900 staff whilst remaining a family run business. We currently have an exciting position as a Parts Sales Supervisor in the fantastic team at our DAF Trucks dealership in Norwich.

Who are we looking for as a Parts Sales Supervisor:

• You will have previous experience working within the commercial vehicle, motor trade or an associated sector as a Parts Sales Supervisor or similar Supervisory role.
• A sales driven individual with excellent communication skills.
• People Management skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Experience of running Marketing / Sales promotion campaigns would be an advantage.
• PC Literate.
• Full UK driving licence.

The Parts Sales Supervisor role / responsibilities include (but not limited to):

You will supervise the parts sales team on a day to day basis, providing a professional parts sales service to internal and external customers face to face, over the trade counter, telephone and online. Promote and encourage growth of the parts business. Work with the marketing team to develop sales promotions and campaigns. Utilise all parts identification tools to ensure effective and efficient customer response.

Working Pattern, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm
