Job description

Position: Dispensing Optician Manager
Location: Cannock, Staffordshire
Salary: Up to £32,000 (dependent on experience) + bonus
Working hours: Full Time or Part Time hours will be considered – every Saturday required
Experience level: Qualified Dispensing Optician

Specsavers in Cannock are looking for a Dispensing Optician Manager to join them at either of their stores. The focus at this store is about pulling together and working as a team to ensure that our valued patients have an excellent experience. You will be pivotal in deciding which enhanced optical services are on offer in store.

The store offers a team of 35 employees, 5 testing rooms and 1 dedicated hearcare room. Cannok have recently won the “Specsavers Awards of Excellence in People Development 2025” and have been progressed to the shortlist for “Best Place to Work 2026”!
